The Twelve Stages of Healing is a unique healing modality created by Donald Epstein, D.C., the developer of Network Chiropractic, now known as Network Spinal Analysis. In his observations of thousands of people undergoing Network Care, Donald noticed that there were twelve different phases or stages of the healing process. he developed specific guideposts, breathing techniques and exercises to help people recognize and navigate the different stages and thus facilitate maximum healing. It's a powerful experience and it really works!
In 1992 Donald asked me to help him put his ideas into a book, and The 12 Stages of Healing was born. Now in its tenth printing, the book was also published in German, Italian and Portuguese language editions.
